As part of our ALL INCLUSIVE services we are offering to purchase a modern, low-energy family house, built with the emphasis on preserving the atmosphere of the French romantic style of living.
The house was built in 2005, its living area is 280 m2 and the plot is 1031 m2. It is located in a quiet part of the village Tehovec, near Říčany.
On the ground floor there is a dining room with a living area and a fireplace, a kitchen, a large open staircase to the upper floor and an exit to the terrace and the garden. There are also two bathrooms with heated floors, three bedrooms, a large dressing room, a bathroom with a large shower, a corner bath, two sinks, a toilet and a bidet. Built on the ground floor is also a pantry where there is an electric boiler and a further large boiler for water heating.

The village of Tehovec offers complete civic amenities including excellent connection to the capital by both car and public transport. A kindergarten is directly in the village, only a 3-minute walk away. Elementary schools are at a driving distance of 5 minutes by car to Mukařova or 8 minutes to Říčany.
The public transport is from the village square (3 min walk) to the stop Haje in Prague 4. Ideal transport to the city centre is by train from Říčany to the main railway station in Prague.
The surroundings are rich in nature such as the beautiful Voděradské Bučiny. The site is 450m above sea level. There are cycling trails in the surrounding area and in winter there are cross-country trails. In the summer it is possible to go outdoor swimming at "Vyzlovka" whereas in the winter skiing is possible in the village of Mnichovice’s reknowned "Šibeniční vrch".
