As part of our All Inclusive services, we would like to offer for purchase a family house with a usable area of 176 m2 on a 586 m2 plot, which is suitable for both permanent living or can serve your family for relaxation as a modern holiday cottage.
The house was finalized in 2003 and is built as a faithful copy of the original cottage which stood in its place. The best materials such as burnt bricks, wooden window frames and a concrete tile roof were used in the construction. The house and water are heated by a gas boiler. The electrical connection is at 220 V and 380 V. The house is connected to the water mains and the plot has a bio sump. Internet connection is available. The whole house is protected by a security system.
