This apartment has undergone a very tasteful, complete reconstruction and the layout offers a separate kitchen, living area, two separate rooms, bathroom with toilet and hallway. It is offered partially furnished - in the kitchen there are modern kitchen cabinets, a built-in electric stove with ceramic hob and oven, built-in microwave and a new dishwasher. The town of Roudnice nad Labem offers its inhabitants complete civic amenities, but also several monuments such as the 17th century Roudnice chateau, the Roudnice stone bridge, the pseudo-Renaissance town hall, Roudnice castle, etc. For lovers of cycling, the town is convenient positioned thanks to a biking trail. For aviation enthusiasts, there is a public, domestic airport near Roudnice nad Labem, from where sightseeing flights are offered.
